Spring Style Wishlist
Every season I use Pinterest to collect some style inspo and compile a sort of wish list for the season. This helps me stay on track with spending, focus on finding quality pieces that will last throughout the years, and plan my wardrobe & accesories to keep it concise as well as easy to mix and match! This Spring, here are a few types of items on my wish list that I am on the hunt for!
Pearl Jewelry
I never saw myself as a pearl woman until I tried on some of the new pearl pieces from Harmony for a photoshoot - I fell in love! The Pearl Necklace is 100% on my shopping list this season - it’s classy and adds an instant dose of elegance to any look.
A Statement Watch
Up until this year, I’ve always seen myself as a neutral-toned watch person. I used to wear a watch every single day until the leather band completely wore out and I haven’t seen anything I’ve wanted to replace it with (until now!) I stumbled across Lola Rose Global on Instagram and fell in love with their Malachite watches! The pop of deep green against the gold is just gorgeous! Definitely on my wish list this season!
A Durable Every Day Purse
I’ve been on the hunt for a simple, durable, well-made purse that I can wear on the days when I’m headed out running errands, visiting friends, out for dinner etc that would go with all my neutral outfits! I came across the Mini Double Loop Bag from Cuyana and definitely think this is a contender!
Beige / Tan Trousers
I’ve yet to find a pair of beige/tan trousers that I love! I’m looking for something to wear with my old reliable white dress shirts and linen tops but I’ve really been struggling! As a woman with big hips that’s also quite tall, I haven’t quite found a pair that fit my body shape. These ones featured are from Banana Republic and I love the style (I couldn’t find it on their site though!). If anyone has any recommendations, I’m all ears!
A Slip Dress
Okay so I haven’t decided on a colour but I know I’m on the hunt for a longer-length slip dress kind of like this Wilfred Only Slit Slip Dress from Aritizia! I love the idea of pairing a slip dress with one of my favourite necklaces, a classy open-toe pair of heels and my VERIE Grace sunnies! A simple yet elegant outfit! I’m picturing my spring trench coat with it as well and it’s a vibe - I feel it! Open to suggestions if you have some friends!
